We hired Katelyn Millsap as our “Day of Coordinator” for my daughter’s wedding in September, 2025. From the first moment we met her, Katelyn was warm, attentive and 100% professional. She was the second brain I needed to make sure everything was taken care of for the rehearsal and the wedding itself.
Prior to contacting Katelyn, we had already hired all of our vendors and purchased decorations, etc. However, I had not thought about the execution and coordination required on the Big Day. With her expertise, Katelyn was able to pick up where my planning left off. She was organized and focused on ensuring our vendors were coordinated and all knew when to show up and where to go.
The day of, Katelyn was readily available to the vendors and me. She kept me up on the order of events and if we were on schedule. If I noticed anything that needed attention she was on it immediately. Her calm, collected demeanor set the tone for the day.
Katelyn’s flexibility allowed us to stay on budget which was greatly appreciated. I cannot express the relief I felt knowing she knew what was happening and when, so that I was able to truly enjoy my daughter’s special day.  Thank you Katelyn for your part in making my daughter’s wedding a truly memorable day!
